We are open as usual during lockdown!

As an essential service we want all existing and new customers to know that Thanet Heating remains open for business throughout the lockdown period currently imposed on us here in the UK.

At this time of year as the weather gets colder, individuals and businesses are prone to experiencing issues with both heating and water services. Please do not hestitate to contact us if you are in need of an engineer to visit your premises.

Please also do not put off boiler services that are due during this time or gas certification so that you can ensure the safety of everyone in your home or workplace.

We have implemented strict preventative procedures with our engineer team and our office staff to comply with government guidance on social distancing and increased hygiene measures.

We will be giving priority to call-outs from the elderly during this pandemic so please bare with us as we try to continue to serve all our customers in a timely and safe manner.

Sad Announcement

It is with great sadness to announce that Mr Brian Browning has passed away and his funeral will be held on Friday 3rd of July 2020.

Brian worked for Thanet Heating since 1969, spanning 5 decades of service to our customers here in Kent. His knowledge and expertise along with his loyal company and unique sense of humour will be greatly missed by all his work colleagues here at Thanet Heating.

We send our sincerest condolences to his family and our thoughts are with them at this time.

I’ve known and worked on and off (more on) with Brian Browning since 1971. He ended up the soul of Thanet Heating over the years throughout its transformation.

Today was his funeral and he is already sadly missed by us all.

He will or can never be replaced.
