“A great company to deal with…”

A great company to deal with, they are efficient and just nice people. They have done work for us in a cottage we use for holiday letting for a few years and they have even fitted a new boiler for us.

We live nearly 500 miles away so a trusted plumber is a godsend.

Recently our cleaners told us of a leak in the bathroom at around 11 am on a Sunday - our new guests to the cottage were due in at 3pm. We rang Thanet heating on an out of hours number and they went and mended the leak and were out before the new guests arrived, a challenge on a weekday but lunchtime on Sunday — brilliant
